SDLY comparison in the Occupancy by Month chart is a Rev & Research calculation (exact same-weekday, 364-day creation cutoff) layered on top of the live Wheelhouse data above -- not a Wheelhouse-returned figure. It now comes from two sources: September-December are the canon values computed 2026-08-21 from Supabase's rr_unit_month_same_weekday_ly_kpis (matched 146 of 186 units), while Jan is computed fresh by pull_kingfisher_sdly.py at this pull's own as-of (2026-09-14, bookings created on or before 2025-09-15), because the display window rolled forward to include it after the canon injection was made. The two agree by construction: the method reproduced all 12 sampled canon unit-months exactly before it was used. Sellable nights are derived from Wheelhouse's own occupancy vs occupancy_adjusted rather than any pricing endpoint, so this client's no-pricing scope is unbroken. Unmatched, failed, or not-yet-computed unit-months render blank, not zero.
